The Lazaridis School houses two academic departments: the Department of Business and the Department of Economics. Also within the Lazaridis School is the Schlegel Centre for Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation, Canada's first academic entrepreneurship centre where students are encouraged to pursue their entrepreneurial journey.The Lazardis School also operates the largest business degree co-op program in Canada. Through co-op, students are able to explore different career options and gain valuable employment experience before they graduate, helping to ensure they are ready to contribute and make a real-world difference in their careers.The Lazaridis School of Business & Economics is proud to be accredited by the AACSB, and the AACSB-accredited programs are among the most selective undergraduate business programs in Canada.
