The Program

A 4 Week Live Program That Takes You From Scattered to Submission Ready

The Graduate Cohort is a small group program where you join a live Zoom session each week, work through a structured curriculum with expert facilitation, and leave with completed application documents ready to submit.

Each week covers a specific phase of the application process. Between sessions, you complete assignments. You get direct feedback on your work, accountability from your peers, and guidance from someone who has helped over 500 students get admitted.

Live group session on Zoom

This is not a course with recorded videos. Every session is live, interactive, and facilitated by our team. You ask questions, get real time feedback on your documents, and learn from how other students in the cohort are approaching the same challenges.

By Week 4, you have a completed Statement of Purpose, an Academic CV, a funding strategy, and a submission checklist. Not drafts. Finished documents.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How are the sessions delivered?

Live on Zoom. One session per week, typically 60 to 90 minutes. Between sessions, you complete assignments and receive written feedback on your documents.

How many students are in each cohort?

Cohorts are kept small to ensure everyone gets direct feedback during sessions. Exact size varies by cycle.

Can I upgrade to Elite Mentorship afterward?

Yes. Your Cohort investment credits toward Elite Mentorship if you decide you want private, ongoing support.

How do I enroll?

Book a free consultation. During the call, we confirm you are a good fit, share the next start date, and walk you through enrollment. Once you secure your spot, you receive a welcome email with session details and your first assignment before Week 1.

When does the next cohort start?

New cohorts launch monthly. Book a consultation and we will confirm the next start date and whether spots are still available.

What if I miss a session?

Session recordings are shared with participants. However, the live interaction and real time feedback are the most valuable part, so attendance is strongly encouraged.
