Stand-alone services. Buy any one on its own, or combine via our bundles below. Each is paid in full at signing.
Mentorship tiers and fully managed application services. Mentorship is paid 70 percent at signing and 30 percent at start of week 2. Premium and PhD Track use a two-payment structure: $300 at signing, $1,200 only on funded admission.
Mentorship gives you a guide who walks with you through the application cycle. You handle your own portals, drafts, and submissions. We provide structure, expertise, accountability, and feedback. Payment 1 the day you sign up, first session within 7 days. Payment 2 at the start of week 2 (7 days after Payment 1). Group Mentorship is a single payment.
A 4-week live group program with weekly Zoom sessions, structured assignments, and feedback. You build your application alongside other students with similar goals.
Private 1 on 1 mentorship with 2 to 3 dedicated Zoom sessions and limited WhatsApp access. For students who have a clear direction but need expert guidance to refine their strategy and documents.
Private 1 on 1 mentorship from profile assessment through admission decisions. 3 to 5 dedicated Zoom sessions, active WhatsApp access throughout, and dedicated PhD support including faculty identification where applicable.
Premium Done For You and PhD Track are full-cycle engagements. We manage the application end to end. Both use a two-payment structure tied to clear events you can mark on your calendar.
Payment 1 of $300 the day you sign up. Kickoff Strategy Call within 7 days. Payment 2 of $1,200 paid within 7 days of receiving a funded admission letter. If no funded admission lands, no second payment is owed and our Re-application Promise applies.
For students who want a complete partner managing every part of the application. You provide your story through interviews and approve every document before submission. We handle strategy, document development, portal management, scholarship applications, recommender chasing, submissions, interview prep, and offer support.
Re-application Promise applies if no funded admission and you completed every step.
Built specifically for PhD applicants. Same two-payment structure as Premium, but the work is shaped around the PhD process: research interest refinement, faculty identification (8 to 15 professors), personalized professor outreach, research proposal development, and field-specific interview preparation.
