This Agreement confirms your enrollment in the Application Sprint, a focused 2-week engagement covering the four highest-impact moves before you apply: program selection, Statement of Purpose, Curriculum Vitae, and professor outreach.

The Sprint is a concentrated engagement with specific deliverables and a defined timeline. Everything delivered during the Sprint is built for your specific profile and target programs.

Your upgrade credit: The full Sprint investment applies toward Standard or Elite Mentorship if you choose to upgrade within 45 days of completing the Sprint.

This Agreement confirms your enrollment in the Group Mentorship, 4-Week Graduate Application Intensive. This is a structured cohort program that teaches you exactly how to approach your graduate application from start to finish.

The Group program runs over 4 weeks with a fixed cohort start date. You will work alongside peers on the same journey, with the guidance of Greener’s admissions methodology applied to every stage of the process.

Your upgrade credit: What you have paid for Group Mentorship is credited toward Standard or Elite Mentorship if you choose to upgrade at any point.

This Agreement confirms your enrollment in the Standard 1 on 1 Application Mentorship, a private, 6-week engagement tailored entirely to your profile, goals, and target programs.

Everything in the Group program, but private and personalized. Your mentor conducts a full profile assessment, builds a strategy around your background, and gives you direct written feedback on your actual documents.

Your upgrade credit: What you have paid for Standard Mentorship is credited toward Elite Mentorship if you choose to upgrade at any point during your engagement.

This Agreement confirms your enrollment in the Elite 1 on 1 Graduate Mentorship, a full-cycle, private engagement with no fixed time limit. Your dedicated mentor stays with you from enrollment through your admission decisions.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program. Your mentor learns your academic background, your goals, and your story. Every decision, from which programs to target to how your Statement of Purpose argues your candidacy, is built around you specifically.

Section 3

Scope of Services

3.1 Program Shortlist

Greener will develop a shortlist of universities and programs matched to your profile, field, and funding goals. Each recommendation is strategic, not based on rankings alone.

3.2 Statement of Purpose

Greener will work with you to develop your Statement of Purpose, reviewing your draft, providing written feedback with track changes, and guiding revisions. One full round of review is included.

3.3 Curriculum Vitae

Greener will work with you to rebuild your Curriculum Vitae into academic format suitable for graduate admissions committees, with written feedback and one full round of revisions.

3.4 Professor Outreach Emails

Greener will prepare five personalized professor outreach emails for your target institutions. These are written for specific supervisors at specific schools, not generic templates. You review and send.

3.5 Strategy Sessions and WhatsApp Access

Greener will conduct dedicated Zoom sessions with your advisor during the 2-week sprint. WhatsApp access to your advisor is available throughout the sprint period.

3.6 Timeline

The Sprint runs for 14 calendar days from the date work begins. All deliverables are completed within this window. Extensions are not included and are subject to a separate agreement.

3.7 External Costs

Application fees, standardized test fees (GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, and equivalent), transcript evaluation fees (WES, ECE, and equivalent), and all other third-party costs are the sole responsibility of the student.

3.1 Weekly Group Sessions

The program runs over 4 weeks with one group Zoom session per week. Each session covers a critical stage: Week 1 covers profile assessment and program fit; Week 2 covers university selection strategy; Week 3 covers document structure, including Curriculum Vitae and Statement of Purpose; Week 4 covers funding identification. Full recordings of all sessions are provided.

3.2 Application Toolkit

Every student receives the Greener Application Toolkit: a CV template, an SOP framework, a university shortlist spreadsheet, and a deadline tracker. These are yours to keep and use beyond the program.

3.3 Group Document Review

CV structure and SOP structure are reviewed and discussed in the group setting. Feedback is given at the framework level to all participants. Individual private document review is not included in this tier.

3.4 WhatsApp Peer Community

You will be added to the Greener mentorship peer community on WhatsApp. This community continues after the program ends and gives you ongoing access to peers on the same journey.

3.5 Cohort Start Date

The Group program runs on a fixed cohort schedule. Your cohort start date is confirmed at enrollment. If you are unable to attend your cohort, Greener will make reasonable effort to place you in the next available cohort, subject to availability.

3.6 External Costs

3.1 Full Profile Assessment

Greener will conduct a private profile assessment covering your academic background, experience, career goals, and target programs, identifying your strengths, risks, and positioning gaps.

3.2 Personalized University Shortlist

Greener will develop a personalized shortlist of universities and programs with strategic rationale for each recommendation, based on faculty fit, funding availability, and your specific profile.

3.3 Statement of Purpose

Greener will work with you to develop your Statement of Purpose, guiding your argument, reviewing your draft, and providing one full round of written feedback with track changes. Greener will edit and review your Statement of Purpose to ensure it is ready for submission.

3.4 Curriculum Vitae

Greener will work with you to develop your Curriculum Vitae in academic format appropriate for graduate admissions, with one full round of written feedback and revisions. Greener will edit and review the final CV before submission.

3.5 Scholarship and Funding Strategy

Greener will develop a personalized funding strategy identifying scholarships, fellowships, assistantships, and waivers matched to your profile and target regions.

3.6 PhD Support (where applicable)

For PhD applicants, Greener will provide professor outreach direction and research positioning guidance in a private session.

3.7 Private Zoom Sessions

Three private Zoom sessions of 60 minutes each are included, scheduled in Weeks 1, 3, and 5. A written session summary is provided after each call with discussion notes, decisions, and action items.

3.8 WhatsApp Support

Direct WhatsApp access to your mentor is available Monday through Friday with a 24-hour response commitment.

3.9 Duration

The Standard engagement runs for 6 weeks from the date work begins. If your application timeline requires additional support beyond 6 weeks, an extension may be discussed separately.

3.10 External Costs

3.1 Profile Assessment and Admission Strategy

Greener will conduct a detailed review of your academic background, work and research experience, career goals, and target programs. From this, your mentor will build a personalized admission strategy identifying your strengths, positioning gaps, and the approach most likely to result in funded offers.

3.2 University and Program Selection

Greener will develop a personalized shortlist of universities and programs selected on the basis of faculty fit, funding availability, acceptance patterns, and alignment with your academic profile. Each recommendation will include a strategic rationale.

3.3 Curriculum Vitae Development

Greener will work with you to develop your Curriculum Vitae in the academic format expected by graduate admissions committees. Greener will edit and review all CV drafts throughout the engagement with unlimited rounds of feedback until the document is ready for submission.

3.4 Statement of Purpose Development

Greener will work with you to develop your Statement of Purpose, including defining your argument, positioning your academic narrative, and aligning the document with the specific expectations of each target program. Greener will edit and review all SOP drafts with unlimited rounds of feedback.

3.5 Scholarship and Funding Strategy

Greener will identify funding opportunities matched to your profile, field, and target regions, including scholarships, fellowships, assistantships, and waivers. Your mentor will advise on how to position your application to maximize funding prospects at each institution.

3.6 Recommendation Letter Strategy and Referee Coaching

Greener will advise on which referees to approach and how to approach them, and will provide guidance to help your referees write letters that support your application strategy effectively.

3.7 Deadline Management

Your mentor will maintain a master deadline tracker covering all target programs and will follow up proactively to keep the engagement on schedule.

3.8 Pre-Submission Review

Before any application is submitted, Greener will conduct a full pre-submission review confirming all documents are complete, consistent, and correctly positioned for that institution.

3.9 Mock Interview Preparation

When an interview invitation is received, Greener will conduct a full mock interview session tailored to the program and institution.

3.10 Visa Application Support

Following admission, Greener will provide private guidance on the visa application process for your target country. This is advisory support. Greener does not act as a visa agent and does not submit applications on your behalf.

3.11 Pre-Departure Support

Greener will conduct a pre-departure session covering housing, registration, expectations, and first-week priorities at your institution.

3.12 PhD-Specific Services (where applicable)

For PhD applicants: faculty fit analysis and supervisor identification; research interest positioning; and three personalized professor outreach emails drafted on your behalf for you to review and send.

3.13 Sessions and Communication

A minimum of five private Zoom sessions of at least 60 minutes each, with additional sessions as needed. Written session summaries after every call. Priority WhatsApp access with same-day response Monday through Friday.

Section 4

Investment and Payment

4.1 Agreed Investment

The investment amount for this engagement was discussed and confirmed during your consultation call with Greener. By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you understand and accept the investment amount as agreed verbally during that call. No pricing is stated in this document. Pricing is confirmed privately between you and Greener.

4.2 Payment Method

Payment is made via the secure Stripe payment link provided by Greener following the signing of this Agreement. No payment is collected on this page.

4.3 Payment Timing

Your payment link will be sent within 24 hours of this signed Agreement being received by Greener. Work begins once payment has cleared.

Section 5

Refund Terms

5.1 After Work Has Begun

Once the engagement is underway, meaning a profile assessment has been conducted, documents have been reviewed, a session has taken place, or any deliverable has been provided, the investment is non-refundable. You are paying for expert time, strategy, and the application of Greener’s methodology to your specific situation. This work cannot be returned.

5.2 Student-Initiated Withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw from the engagement after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

Section 6

Student Responsibilities

Your mentor can only do their job if you do yours. By signing this Agreement, you commit to the following:

Respond to WhatsApp messages and emails from Greener within 48 hours on business days.
Attend all scheduled Zoom sessions on time and prepared. Give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
Submit all required documents, drafts, and materials by the deadlines your mentor sets.
Complete all action items agreed in sessions before the next scheduled call.
Take ownership of your applications. Greener works with you, not instead of you.
Notify Greener immediately if your circumstances change in a way that affects your applications or timeline.
Meet all institution deadlines. Greener tracks and reminds, but final submission responsibility rests with you.

Section 7

Greener’s Responsibilities

Greener commits to the following throughout this engagement:

Deliver all services described in Section 3 to a professional standard.
Assign a dedicated advisor who knows your profile and remains consistent throughout your engagement.
Respond to WhatsApp messages within the timeframe applicable to your tier.
Provide written session summaries after every Zoom call (Standard and Elite).
Give honest, constructive feedback, including when something is not working or needs to change.
Keep all your personal information and application materials strictly confidential.
Communicate promptly if any circumstance affects Greener’s ability to deliver.

Section 8

No Guarantee of Admission

Greener does not guarantee admission to any institution. No ethical admissions consultancy can. Admission decisions rest with universities and are influenced by factors outside Greener’s control, including available spaces, faculty decisions, funding availability, and institutional priorities.

What Greener guarantees is this: the work will be done to the highest professional standard. Your strategy will be thoughtful and personalized. Your documents will be the strongest version of your story Greener can help you tell. The engagement will be delivered with full commitment and professional integrity.

Section 9

Disengagement and Unresponsiveness

9.1

If you do not respond to three consecutive WhatsApp messages or emails from Greener over a period of 14 calendar days without prior notice, your engagement will be placed on hold and a formal pause notice will be sent to your registered email address.

9.2

If no response is received within 30 calendar days of the pause notice, Greener reserves the right to formally close the engagement. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.

9.3

If you need to pause the engagement for a legitimate reason, notify Greener in advance. Greener will hold your engagement open and resume when you are ready.

Section 10

Confidentiality

All personal information, academic records, application materials, and private communications shared by either party during this engagement are strictly confidential. Greener will not share your information with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

You agree to keep Greener’s processes, strategies, frameworks, and methodology confidential and not to share, reproduce, or distribute them to any third party.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All documents developed during this engagement, including your Curriculum Vitae, Statement of Purpose, outreach emails, and any other application materials, belong to you. Greener retains no ownership over materials created for your individual application.

Greener’s frameworks, templates, toolkits, and methodology remain the exclusive intellectual property of Greener Educational Consult. You are licensed to use these tools for your personal application only.

Section 12

Termination

12.1 Termination by Student

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying Greener in writing. No refund will be issued after work has begun. Refer to Section 5 for refund conditions.

12.2 Termination by Greener

Greener reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if: you behave in a manner that is abusive, disrespectful, or threatening toward Greener staff; or you consistently fail to meet the responsibilities in Section 6 despite documented warnings. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Section 13

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreement arising from this Agreement or the services provided, both parties commit to resolving the matter in good faith through direct negotiation before pursuing any other course of action. Either party may raise a concern formally in writing, and both parties agree to respond and engage within 7 business days.

Section 14

Interpretation and Entire Agreement

14.1 Interpretation

In the event of any ambiguity or disagreement about the meaning of terms in this Agreement, interpretation shall be based on what was discussed and agreed during the consultation call. Any promises or statements made outside this Agreement are not binding unless confirmed in writing by Blessing Atakli.

14.2 Amendments

If either party identifies a factual error or clerical inaccuracy in this Agreement after signing, both parties agree to execute a written amendment correcting the error. Amendments do not alter payment terms, scope of services in Section 3, or refund conditions without the written consent of both parties.

14.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with what was discussed in the consultation call, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Greener Educational Consult for this engagement. It supersedes all prior communications, proposals, or representations made before signing.
