Engagement Agreement

The investment amount for this engagement was discussed and confirmed during the consultation call with Greener. Payment is made via the secure Stripe payment link provided following the signing of this Agreement. Work begins once payment has cleared.

Once the engagement is underway, meaning a profile assessment has been conducted, documents have been reviewed, a session has taken place, or any deliverable has been provided, the investment is non-refundable. If the student chooses to withdraw from the engagement after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

• Respond to messages from Greener within 48 hours on business days.
• Attend all scheduled Zoom sessions on time and prepared.
• Submit all required documents and materials by the deadlines set.
• Take ownership of your applications. Greener works with you, not instead of you.
• Meet all institution deadlines. Final submission responsibility rests with the student.

All personal information and application materials shared during this engagement are confidential. All documents developed for the student belong to the student. Greener's frameworks and methodology remain the intellectual property of Greener Educational Consult.

The complete Engagement Agreement signed by the student includes the full Scope of Services, Investment terms, Refund Terms, Disengagement clauses, Termination conditions, Dispute Resolution, and Interpretation clauses as presented at the time of signing. This document confirms the signed agreement on record.
