Individual Service Agreement

Service and Investment

This Agreement is between the Student named below and Greener Educational Consult, founded by Blessing Atakli, headquartered in Gainesville, Florida. By signing, the Student engages Greener for the single service selected above for the fee shown.

Payment is due in full at signing via secure Stripe checkout. Work begins within forty-eight (48) hours of payment clearing.

Turnaround

Greener will deliver the first response, draft, or scheduled session within five (5) business days of receiving the Student inputs listed in Section 3. Subsequent revisions or coaching sessions are scheduled within three (3) business days of the Student's request.

Student Inputs Required

Work cannot begin until the Student provides all materials required for the service: existing drafts, transcripts, CV, target program list, research interests, or any other relevant documents. Greener will send a kickoff email within twenty-four (24) hours of payment clearing listing the exact inputs needed for the chosen service.

If the Student does not provide required inputs within thirty (30) days of payment, the engagement is considered complete and no refund is owed.

Revisions and Scope

For document services (Statement of Purpose, Academic CV, Research Proposal), this engagement includes up to three (3) rounds of revision on a single document for one program target. Additional rounds, additional documents, or program retargeting are quoted as a separate engagement.

For interview coaching, this engagement includes up to two (2) mock sessions plus written feedback. Additional sessions are quoted separately.

Greener guides and edits all documents; Greener does not write final essays on behalf of the Student. The Student remains the author of all submitted application materials.

Refunds

Once Greener has begun work, the service fee is non-refundable. "Begun work" includes the kickoff email and any time invested in reviewing the Student's materials.

If the Student requests a refund before the kickoff email is sent, a full refund is issued within seven (7) business days.
