How do I pay?
All payments are made through Stripe invoices issued after your consultation. We do not accept payment through any other channel.
Can I get a refund?
Our refund policy is outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Because our services involve personalized strategy and document review, we operate a no-refund policy once work has commenced. If you have concerns about a deliverable, email us within 7 days and we will make it right.
