We collect only the information we need to deliver our services and communicate with you. This falls into three categories.

Information You Provide Directly

• Name, email address, and country when you subscribe to our newsletter or register for a webinar
• Target country, degree level, and academic interests when you complete a consultation intake form
• Academic transcripts, CVs, Statements of Purpose, recommendation letters, research writing samples, and other documents you share with us during a paid engagement
• Payment details collected by our payment processor (Stripe) when you purchase a service
• Correspondence you send us through email, contact forms, or consultation calls

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on each page, referral source, and navigation patterns
• Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and website functionality

Information from Third Parties

• Booking and scheduling data from Calendly when you reserve a consultation
• Email engagement data (opens, clicks) from Mailchimp
• Payment confirmation data from Stripe

How We Send It

We use Mailchimp (Intuit Mailchimp) as our email marketing platform. This means the email address you provide to us is stored in our Mailchimp audience, which Mailchimp processes on our behalf. Mailchimp also tracks standard engagement data on our behalf, including whether you open an email and which links you click. We use this information only to improve what we send and to make our content more useful to you. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

Your Consent

By providing your email address through any of our forms, you are giving us your explicit consent to send you the email communications described above. We process your data on the basis of your consent (under the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with students who have shown interest in our services.

How to Unsubscribe

You can withdraw your consent and stop receiving our emails at any time. Every email we send includes an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking that link removes you from our list immediately. You may also email info@greenereduconsult.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe” and we will remove you within 48 hours.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect emails that are part of an active paid engagement (for example, session confirmations, invoices, or direct communication with your consultant).

5. How We Share Information

We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the minimum extent required. These include:

• Mailchimp for email delivery and marketing automation
• Calendly for appointment scheduling
• Stripe for payment processing
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console for website performance
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising measurement when you engage with our ads
• Zoom for live webinars and training sessions

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns in aggregate. We do not use tracking to build advertising profiles beyond what is necessary to measure the effectiveness of our own Meta ad campaigns.

We take the security of your documents and personal information seriously. Our website is served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. We never store credit card or banking details on our servers. Access to client documents is limited to the founder and the operations team members directly supporting your application.

No system is fully immune to breach, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever occurs that affects your data, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. Client application documents are retained for up to three years after your program cycle concludes, after which they are archived or permanently deleted on request. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you have certain rights over your personal data. Greener honors these rights regardless of jurisdiction. You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
