These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Greener Educational Consult website (greenereduconsult.com) and all services, programs, and communications provided by Greener Educational Consult (“Greener,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a program, or engaging any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are and What We Do
Greener Educational Consult is a graduate admissions strategy firm founded in 2018. We guide students into funded graduate programs in the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe. Our services include admissions strategy, Statement of Purpose and Curriculum Vitae development and editing, scholarship guidance, mentorship, visa interview coaching, and data training through our DataReady program.
Greener guides and edits. We do not write applications on behalf of clients, ghostwrite documents, or submit applications in your name.
2. No Guarantee of Admission or Funding
Admission decisions are made solely by universities and funding bodies based on their own criteria. Greener does not and cannot guarantee admission to any program, receipt of any scholarship or funding, issuance of a visa, or any specific outcome. Our fees cover the professional guidance, strategy, editing, and mentorship we provide. They do not purchase or guarantee admission results.
Our track record of guiding hundreds of students from multiple countries into funded programs reflects the strength of our methodology. It does not constitute a warranty of your own outcome.
3. Consultation Bookings
Initial consultations are complimentary, 30 minutes in duration, and booked through Calendly. Pricing for paid services is discussed during the consultation and is not published on our website. By booking a consultation, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please do so through the Calendly link at least 12 hours in advance.
4. Paid Services and Payment
When you engage a paid service, we will issue a Stripe invoice outlining the scope of work, deliverables, and fee. Services commence after the first invoice is paid. All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not accept payment through any other channel.
Fees are payable in the currency specified on your invoice. Any bank or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.
5. Refund Policy
Because our services involve personalized strategy, document review, and one-on-one time that cannot be resold, we operate a no-refund policy once work has commenced. Specifically:
- Consultations are complimentary and carry no refund obligation
- Document review services are non-refundable once the first draft has been reviewed
- Mentorship and bundle packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place
- DataReady cohort enrollments are non-refundable once the cohort has started; transfers to a future cohort may be granted at our discretion
- Early-bird pricing is non-refundable and non-transferable
If you have a concern about the quality of a deliverable, contact us at info@greenereduconsult.com within 7 days. We will review the concern in good faith and, where warranted, provide additional revisions or service credit.
6. Client Responsibilities
To get the most from our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, honest, and complete information about your academic history, goals, and circumstances
- Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes
- Meet agreed deadlines for draft submissions, feedback, and document exchanges
- Submit your own original work for editing and review, not plagiarized or AI-generated content
- Make your own final decisions about applications, programs, and professional choices
Any misrepresentation, plagiarism, or fraudulent content in material you submit to us or to universities is your sole responsibility and grounds for immediate termination of our services without refund.
